Booking & Cancellation - Terms & Conditions
All cabin bookings require a deposit on booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
– greater than 7 days – refund less $25 admin charge.
– 7 days or less – no refund
– within 24 hours arrival date – base room rate charged.
– No Show – full booked rate charged.
- Government enforced COVID travel restrictions will be given a 12 month credit of deposit, but MUST contact us directly (phone or email, not via booking web sites) and with at least 24 hours before scheduled check-in date. Must rebook within 12 months of original stay date, else deposit is forfeit. Choosing to cancel instead of credit will be subject normal cancellation policy. Cancelling via the web site will result in normal cancellation policy. You are able to nominate someone else to use your deposit.
Cancellations received after close of office will be considered to be received the next day.
NO refunds for bookings made for Christmas, Easter, School Holidays, Long Weekends or Special Events.
If you make a reservation, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Travel insurance may be prudent if you have extensive travel plans and bookings. YOU are totally responsible for the safety and comfort of everyone and everything travelling with you - plan ahead.

Pet & Animal Policy
Your furry, hairy, scaly or feathery family friend is welcome – Narrandera Caravan Park understands that your animal is a part of your family, so you are welcome to bring your pet 365 days a year.
The following conditions apply:
Your pet must:
– be declared at time of booking.
– on a leash or suitably restrained when out side your accommodation (sites or cabins) at all times.
– not to be left in the park unattended.
– not be a nuisance to others.
You are to pick up after your pet, bag and place in outside rubbish bins.
Pets are NOT permitted in the swimming pool, BBQ, or amenities areas.
You agree to be held responsible for any property damage or personal injury resulting from your pet and indemnify Narrandera Caravan Park and its operators from any legal liability.
Not all cabins allow dogs. A fee applies to animals in our pet friendly cabins. Animals inside must:
– have their own bedding.
– kept to the hard floor areas only.
– not on the carpeted areas, bedding or furniture.
– limit of two (2) dogs in a cabin.
ANY evidence of animals having been in restricted areas will incur an extra cleaning fee of $100 ! Any damage caused by you, your travelling companions, your visitors or your animals will be charged.
For cleaning and hygiene, animals are not allowed on the carpets or furniture. Everyone else thinks your pet is dirty! Did you know dogs sweat through their feet? Most of the doggy smell subsequently comes from their feet; this is partially how the create scent trails (bread crumb trail) and can find and follow where they and other dogs have been.
Registered Assistance Animals are welcome; the animal in cabin fee applies as like having an extra person in the cabin (eg, a carer or assistant), the extra usage creates more cleaning. It is required animals are kept off furniture for cleaning and hygiene reasons as it is unfair for the next person that uses the cabin (who may not have an animal) to have a dirty or hairy couch and unreasonable to expect an upholstery cleaning professional to be on-call to remove 'animal evidence'.
Cabins are expected to be left clean and tidy, whether travelling with an animal or not and is your responsibility.
